Set in a fictional world inspired by Ancient China, The Pearls is a series about four young women, Ruyi, Yunmei, Jia and Meilin, whose stories become interconnected despite their different beginnings. They are connected through the tragedy and hardships in their lives.
This is Yunmei's story. It continues from the aftermath of Ruyi's story (Book 1).
