As an egg, Autumn was cursed. Every three months she must kill the dragon assigned to her by her uncle, or she will die. But two months before she has to kill again, she meets Hopeseeker, a funny, excitable, slightly crazy male Nightwing who means everything to her. They begin to meet in the stolen moments before dawn. But when their secret meetings are discovered, Autumn and her uncle move to the knotted canyon, a canyon so windy it basically goes around in circles. Autumn misses Hopeseeker so much, she decides to run away. When Autumn arrives at the Nightwing home, she is devastated to find that Hopeseeker vanished a week ago, disappearing without a trace. Autumn decides to find Hopeseeker, and his friends and sister, Eclipse join Autumn on her quest to find him. But the time where Autumn must kill again is drawing closer with each passing day. Will she have to kill one of her new friends? Or will she let herself perish?

And how will a secret admirer come into play? Especially when Spirit begins to get more visions of strange giant creatures deep within the ocean. Her adoptive mother, one day decides to tell her what she knows about her real family but it is not enough for Nightjar. Why did she have not seen at least one time her real father or mother ? If they died, what happened to them ? She needs to find answers to her questions and she will do it her way, the price doesn't matter, because it is her heritage. What she knew was she was determined, but what she didn't was that this adventure would take her to her limit. (Note that this story is based on the universe of Wings Of Fire and doesn't follow the exact chronology of the original story). The wings of fire book series entirely belongs to Tui T. Sutherland. If you paid to read this, then it must be a scammed. This is just a fanfiction about that imaginative world that, for sure, you love just as me.
