Karl, Sapnap and Quackity had an argument over Quackity's gambling addiction, Quackity had lashed out at the 2 which had ruined their marriage, and they spent less time with Quackity ever since the argument, and whenever he's home, they ignore him.

Quackity became trans at age 18, when he was accepted into college. (F to M) mainly to avoid MAPs (Minor Attracted People)
Because of all the trauma Schlatt caused him, the voices in his head sound a lot like Schlatt.
Although he catches feelings easily, he tends to have trust issues in relationships with people who have hurt someone else (examples - Wilbur, Schlatt)
