There is nothing wrong with being an introvert and there is no need to change your personality for the sake of society. Everybody is unique and everybody will have a place where they feel belonged to. Maybe you just have to find one. Until then, keep your spirit high.

It is ok not to be ok. this is my perspective of depression and my thoughts that emerged from this tough time. I was diagnosed with clinical depression and went through some suicidal ideation. one of the roots of depression is loneliness. I decided that writing to be my companion and poured out my ideas, thoughts and experience through writing down. I had no intention to share it, but as time passes It turned out I have my own original experience in depression.
