3010, the world isn't the same as you remember it. It's been taking over by the radiation poisoning from many plants, and factories. The sky isn't the beautiful blue, in fact it's a gloomy grey all the time. In some places, it's even tinted green. The world is so contaminated, that everyone is forced to wear gas masks, and you're lucky if you haven't been affected by it. What the chemicals do to many people and animals who didn't take the time to wear their gas masks is a horror. It's like a nightmare that has come true.

16 year olds, Jaylynn and Luke are both struggling to survive in this dangerous world. When they meet in a refuge camp, this changes their lives and everything they've ever hoped for.

This is a story by Horsegirl66, and Fan_Fic_Forever, and chapters will be written on both accounts

"I LOVED IT" - Clumsy_weirdo_353 "So your sister likes to get drunk and beat up guys twice her size," Taylor said, her eyes closed. "Yup." A beat. "So you can teleport." "Yup." Another slice of silence. "So you really can fight," she said. "Yup." A single heartbeat. "So you can teleport." "Yup." "Cool. Cool, cool, cool." Taylor squinted at him, his outward calm mystifying. "You're taking this a lot better than I imagined," she said. He shrugged, but like a bomb, he exploded. "Holy- You can teleport!" Taylor nodded once with the inevitable. "Yeah, that was more like what I was expecting." Taylor's life has been thrown into tailspin. Since discovering she could teleport six months ago she's been trying to juggle being a high school student by day, and a vigilante by night with failing results. Unable to stay awake in classes from her late nights, her grades are dropping fast, and to top it off her exhaustion has she left friendless. When saving late night employees from a burning building puts Taylor in the path of a dangerous criminal, she ends up in an altercation that forces her to realize she needs help. Help comes from two unlikely people: Clint and Dominic who bring their own complications. As the problems keep building, Taylor is quickly learning that having an ability doesn't mean she knows how to protect the city, let alone herself. "It was amazing!!! And really realistic for a superhero book, you even found an explanation for why she has her powers. It also shows that even though she has powers she still is human" - gui_iris "OMG I LOVE THIS BOOK WITH ALL MY HEART" - _cooloreo_ "I laughed, I cried, I screamed out in frustration, but that's what makes this book so amazing, along with the amazing character growth and plot twists that still got me reeling to this day 😂" - Theaxbank "This is a delightful action packed read that'll keep you at the edge of your seat. Would recommend." Miathesmall

After an apocalyptic event that thrusts the world into a new ice age, Calestia - a 17-year-old girl with a strong will - must learn to survive on a land infested with gangs, guns, and distrust. ***** Nobody knows what day it is anymore. Nobody knows the month, the day of the week...and the only way to tell time is by the slight change in the color of the sky from grey to black every twenty-four hours. If a day even is twenty-four hours anymore. The planet is dead. The people are dead. Snow falls down upon piles of bodies like the ash of a volcanic eruption. Except, the snow doesn't stop. It never does. It continues to fall and fall until you wonder if it is even possible for another flake to come down and land silently in your hair. But it does. They do. There are few survivors of what the remaining have started to call the end of the world. The Apocalypse. Few who are still brave or scared of death enough to face the torture that is living. I am one of those survivors. Book One of the Snow Series Highest ranking: #3 in Sci-Fi Watty's Shortlisted
