Legacy

I'm an Eryx, and I'm the last one.
Now many would like to believe that my destiny is sealed: That I don't have a choice in my fate.
This however is not the case. I have every option in front of me that I ever wanted and some, like this one, that I never asked for.
I didn't know I was an Eryx.
I was found in the woods as a baby wrapped in a cloth, and nothing else. My parents, or the ones I'll always call my parents, named me Alyce after the Alyce Eryx Academy where they met. As I grew older it became my dream to attend this school.
Though once I got there, once I stepped foot on the grounds, my dream became a nightmare.
