1. Why not? I rewrote this for fun.
2. I want to see how much I have improved. I reread my first book and I'm cringing at my younger 11-year-old self.
3. I added more plot and changed a few things
4. This is an Au and based on the anime. This means that things can be way different than they would be in the pokemon games and plotlines will change and differ. 
5. Power levels are VERY different. I have only watched Kanto, Kalos and Alola. As well as playing only Galar. So in this world, Kalos is known as a very strong region.

Mind you, this is an Oc/reader x Gladion Aether. 

Emika is a manipulative, strong and mysterious trainer who doesn't care much. along with her brother Sun, they continue their journey as trainers. But one meeting causes Emika to meet somebody like her. His name is Gladion, what adventures will they face? will something secret unfold?All Rights Reserved

This is actually my first mainly romance focus to go with adventure. It's kinda slight slow burn, but still happens kinda quick! 5. I don't know all canon history of regions perfectly so I take some liberties here and with other games' stories I involve, so also some heavy to light AU's for those games/areas, too! 6. Leon's character is my interpretation of things with my own spin on it, too, so sorry if he's a bit OOC? 7. Eventual smut towards the end, you're welcome. This story takes place in something like the Kalos region. I don't own any of the Pokémon types the characters are (make sense?). Sy is a Sylveon. She's a bully in the school she goes to (Blossom Middle School), but she only bullies to hide her sadness from losing her brother, Umby. Exdrill is a Excadrill. He is a new student at Blossom Middle School. He quickly makes a few new friends, but also quickly notices a bully who natrually hates him. Umby (um-BEE) is a Umbreon. He's Sy's sister, and misses her a lot. Unfortunately, he never gets the courage to go back. Currently, Umby lives with a friendly Yveltal (ee-VELL-tall). Yev (YEH-veh) is a Yveltal. For their type of Pokémon, he's nice. They (Yev. Yev's pronouns are they/them) live(s) on a mountain near a few other Yveltals'. The mountains all together is Yveltal Mountains. Aurora is a Azumarill. She befriended Exdrill on the first day of school. Seeing Sy bullying again in the new year, she wants to know the actual reason why Sy acts like she is by using her powers of understanding others well. Registeel is a Registeel (such a surprise!!!!!!!). They're a therapist and known well across the Kalos region. One day, Registeel gets a letter from a Yveltal saying they need help. The Yveltal lives with a "Umbreon that's depressed." Registeel goes to the place that the letter noted, but they aren't sure if the letter is true or not.
