Witch Light

For years, Lunelle has kept her magic under wraps, though that's easier said than done when it seems to have a mind of its own. She's a 'Truth Witch', and her magic brings out the truth whether one likes it or not. And there are many, many other witches with such abilities.

But they're being hunted. Seen as monsters, they're forbidden from existing. The kingdom especially wants Lunelle gone, after all, who wants their secrets to see the light? Even despite the eyes looking for her, she's done well for herself over the years.

And then... A chance encounter with a bounty hunter forces her to flee the nest. She finds herself on the run, searching for a mythical coven that may or may not exist. The 'Witch Light'; lovingly named as such to be considered a beacon for all witches. If any place is willing to protect her from the horrors of the outside, it's this place.

But the bounty hunter chasing her down is a tricky one, and always seems to be one step ahead of her. Not just her, but she has multiple other characters closing in on her from all directions. Just what is she to do when all she's known is how to hide? Does she stand and fight; or does she cower and hope that she suffers a softer end?

Little does she know though, she cannot lie to her own heart for long.
