Chifuyu has yet to move on from the death of his best friend, even after 12 years passed. And for the past few months of the 12th years of his death, Chifuyu haven't be able to stop thinking about him due to a presence of his dead friend.

I'm not great at story descriptions but here's the gist of it. Yamaguchi decides that he wants nothing to do with Tsukishima anymore and decides that he wants to become Kageyama's best friend. This pisses Tsukishima off because Yamaguchi obviously only picked Kageyama because he knows how much he hated the guy. Hinata finds out what happens and is also pissed. He honestly couldn't care less that Kageyama replaced him with Yamaguchi because he was always a dick to him. What pissed him off was that Yamaguchi so easily dropped Tsukishima after so long of being friends. He decides to talk to Tsukishima and a friendship blossoms.
