This is an AU story to ʟᴀᴅʏ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ʟʏᴄᴀɴꜱ, a simple "what if" if you will. 

Heisenberg doesn't survive the final battle with Miranda. Sophia escapes with Chris and Ethan, her worst fear coming true. Chris takes her back to Blue Umbrella where she is trained and used on the field because of her abilities. It was either that or a lifetime behind bars. Looking on the brighter side, she used her missions as a distraction and a chance to make a difference. To be the person she wanted to be and along the way, feelings begin to form between two unlikely friends.
