11 years ago, Marley Johnson's life was forever changed. She was kidnapped at the age of 10, forced to become a member of the small group, known now as "The Children of God". Given a new name and identity, Marley against her will, had a new life. 'Eden' was what she was to be called.

She couldn't even recall what her parents looked like, yet, she could never forget the girl who lived across the street from her. Sarah, Sarah Paulson was her name. They were rather close the pair.

Sarah, being 9 years older, would tell Marley all about her boyfriend problems, while Marley would teach Sarah how to make pasta friendship necklaces. Marley wondered where she was now, if Sarah ever thought about her? Did she ever keep her necklace?

Day by day, she only thought of one thing. Escaping was her only option.

So this is a Martha Marcy May Marlene , spin off!! I loved that movie so much and I wanted to write my own little story inspired by it!

Please watch it before reading this to get the vibe of the book! Lucy was Sarah's characters name but I'm just gonna use Sarah instead.
