Amity is always firing her assistants but Luz has been their for almost a whole year.

annoyed she ask her secretary if Luz called in sick or something.

her secretary telling her she fires Luz and Amity in shock.

Amity thinks anyone can replace Luz.
but only a day after many many assistances she realized Luz was the only one she could deal with and actually enjoyed around.

going and visiting Luz she finds out a lot about Luz.
