Life was never easy and Mherdelle Monroe was never an exception. Each day was a struggle that she needed to overcome.

But her life suddenly changed because of a single piece of old artifact. She was plunged into a whole new world of fantasy, adventure and mystery. It was a mystical land ruled by pirates. And to make things more complicated, her fate became entangled to the adventures of the famous-slightly annoying-pirate captain who's on a quest to gather the six pieces of an old legendary map. A map that points to a special treasure that could prevent the downfall of the present monarchy under the hands of their enemies.

Having no choice but to continue, Mherdelle was forced to join the swashbuckling crew as they embark on a long treacherous journey to uncover the meaning behind each clue and the origin of the mysterious map. But the more that they know, the more complicated things turned out to be.

Can they save the present reign from the enemy whose rising in power?

And will she choose to return... or stay for love instead?

Venture to Uncertainty (#1) by tarishannon18
44 parts Complete
It's a deadly plan, and it goes like this: First, become a crew member of the Avourienne, a pirate ship notorious for its charismatic captain and wicked ways. Second, trick the ship's cunning strategist, famous for winning every game she's ever played, into believing a delicately spun lie. Third, get close enough to their tyrant king to put a knife through him. Deadly doesn't quite describe such a plan. In fact, inconceivable may be the better word. But Archer Kingsley has a knack for such things, and he feels he's going to pull off this plan with the ease he does most everything. Perhaps he's not quite aware of the absolute hell that's about to break loose, but truthfully, it's so much better that way. Because true adventures are born from uncertainty. * Cover by xxsoteria Mature themes you may encounter in this book: - harsh language (it's a pirate book) - violence (it's a pirate book) - sexual implications (it's a PIRATE book) However, this story does not violate any of Wattpad's mature guidelines and therefore is not marked as such. Most men would've pulled the trigger. But him? He pulled me closer... ♤♤♤ The first time I met Jax Vinci, he held a gun to my head. I told him his future. He decided I was part of it. Now I'm trapped with a man who takes what he wants, keeps what he takes, and doesn't care if I burn in the process. He thinks my visions will make him untouchable. I think he already is. Someone help me. (Don't.) And somehow, my visions didn't warn me I'd crave the only man who could ruin me. (All characters and events in this story are purely fictional.
