THE PRICE OF HONOR
In a world where the lines between reality and hell are blurred, the lines between culture and oppression are also blurred, a young girl's life is forever shattered by the brutal hand of a father, the feeling of utter helplessness becomes her constant companions. In Northern Nigeria, a culture of silence and oppression reigns supreme. Behind the closed doors of seemingly ordinary homes, a sinister reality lurks, where women are subjected to unimaginable abuse and brutality. This is not just a story about domestic violence, but a stark reflection of the harsh realities that many women face in Northern Nigeria, where the societal norms and cultural expectations perpetuate a cycle of abuse and fear. In this intense and thought-provoking tale, we delve into the lives of women who are trapped in loveless and violent marriages, where the threat of divorce is a luxury they cannot afford. Financial dependence and the fear of social ostracism force them to endure the unimaginable, their voices muffled by the weight of societal expectations. Mothers, daughters, and sisters are all victims of this vicious cycle, where the notion of "family honor" is used to justify the brutal suppression of their rights and dignity. The story exposes the dark underbelly of a society where women are treated as commodities, their bodies and minds subjected to the whims of their husbands and in-laws. This is a story that will leave you breathless and disturbed, a story that will challenge your perceptions and force you to confront the harsh realities of a society that is deeply entrenched in oppression. It is a story that will make you question the very fabric of our society and the values that we hold dear. Dive into this intense and emotional story, where the boundaries between reality and nightmare are pushed to the limit, and the true meaning of survival is put to the test.

Diary Of A Victim.
"And do you want to know what happened to my sister. She was dragged from streets on her way back to home. She was drugged and was forcefully taken to God knows where. Not only she was raped brutally, she was beaten up . Hundreds of bruises and burn marks covered her whole body leaving the scars she had. She cried herself to sleep all night after that horrible night. You should have seen her. You know, you made me realise why she never told anyone. Why she never took action against it. To top it all, my sister was kidnapped and murdered. And you know what's heart breaking, she was dumped in a landfill like some trash. I still have nightmares seeing her lifeless body, with dried blood all over her face . Just imagine, an innocent girl with dreams and hopes. She always dreamt about getting a job and taking care of our parents rather than moving out. She had a very beautiful heart and a courageous soul. The way you said she committed suicide, I just wanted to rip you apart. She would never. Thinking all her dreams and wishes were completely shattered by their thirst for pleasure, breaks me. Not just her , hundreds and thousands of women and children are harassed, assaulted, molested and raped . How could people be so selfish and heartless. You know what makes it harder, the convicts are right here, right now....seeing and hearing everything that I am saying. Let them...I don't care. The guilt should eat them up. So, before talking shit about someone you really should know what you are doing. You hurt me, you know... The way you talked about my sister who went through hell, it hurt me."Complete
