Ok sorry of this is ass but I sorta tried :') I literally wrote the whole thing in one day and then came back and added stuff in later but the original 47 pages in my notes app were typed out with only my thumbs while sitting on my bedroom floor. I took a deep and long breath before I just let my hands hang to the sides of my head in the chains. My breathing slowed and I closed my eyes.
