Summer, 1974, the Italian seaside coast of Porto Rosso had never felt so lively. Luca and Giulia are finally home after their high school graduation and they are set on nothing more then going home. Luca is especially excited cause it means he can finally come home to his crush, Alberto.
However, things are different now.
They trio are grown up.
And with being grown up, come trials and challenges. Especially if you're a Sea monster reaching maturity.
Luca and Alberto have quite a long way to go before they can live their happily ever after. Will their love and trust for one another prevail?

But of course, there's always someone who has their eye on someone else to ruin someone's career. After being in Genova for what felt like so long, Giulia and Luca were finally coming back to Portorosso for the summer. After what felt like ages, the underdogs will finally be reunited, and most importantly, Luca will finally be able to see his best friend Alberto again. Even with this in mind, Luca just feels weird. One day Ercole the richest man in all Potoroso hired a crew on his boat to help him to go to Isla del mare despite the rumors and Lorenzo decided to go because of financial issues they were having and Ercole was cruel and tricked them to get what he was after the riches of the sea monsters all to himself. But that cause a big problem when they got caught and they were sent back home but they told the town about the deal they've made in order for them to keep some riches they deeply desire they must make a trade, to keep what they desire they must leave someone who they admire, but they must come willingly, Lorenzo told his family and Luca instantly knew what it means and he sacrificed himself to save his home and family. When he got to isla del mare he met Alberto who suddently had a quick liking to Luca and he looks familiar somehow. Ercole plan to still get everything to be more rich even if it means sacrificing others and murder. Luca and Alberto seems to be getting close every day but they didn't know if it is real love or not. But with Ercole's wrath and the sea monsters warning, this might lead to war. And Alberto was having a different kind of change but trying to conceal it. What will happen? What is Ercole willing to do? Are Luca and Alberto really in love? Why is Luca so familiar to Alberto?
