Scourge used to be at the top, a king per say but now the tables have turned when his two timing rival Zonic the Hedgecop puts him behind bars, Scourge has to think of another plan of escape but when Rosy the Rascal comes along into the opposing cell from him, will they be able to make it out or will they let the prison get the best of them?
