In a world full of the still so fresh mutation, quirks, a new global mutation occurs when the popularity of song bursts- creating the wonder of soul songs. 
Soul songs are like an extra quirk, when you turn thirteen you get assigned a song that holds special meaning to you and the surrounding events in your life and memory- the song plays when an important memory is being made, or a life-changing day happens, an upside for music-lovers is that the song never gets old for the person assigned to that song. But the best part about it, is that you and your soulmate share a soul-song, lucky ones get two even.
