Quinn and Adeline never thought they would get along perfectly, and they wouldn't. They were just two messed up teens trying to get out of the meaningless cycle that is life.
Their lives were messed up as fuck. They'd went through hell and back - both of them, though not evident.
They didn't have anything. Not a proper home. Not proper friends, who were either nonexistent or as fake as it gets. They just had each other, and it would have to be enough.
