Nadiya Aleksandra Alianna Romanoff, also known as the Crimson Arrow, is the twin sister of Natasha Alianovna Romanoff, the famous Black Widow and one of the original Avengers.
Nadiya started deflecting to S.H.I.E.L.D. before Natasha did. She wanted to get out and take the Red Room down so she could save her sisters. While she was deflecting to S.H.I.E.L.D. Natasha found out and wanted to help. It took a while but she eventually convinced Nadiya to let her join her.
During Nadiya's deflection Dreykov found out what she was doing. In an effort to protect himself and all he'd built Dreykov decided to 'kill' Nadiya.
He told Natasha that Nadiya was killed. Trying to scare into submission.
But, all he ended up doing was making her even more determined to take down the Red Room.
Which is exactly what she did, or so she thought.
Natasha mourning the loss of her sister decided that speaking of her was to painful, so no one knew of Nadiya.
Natasha still believed her sister to be dead when years later she shows up, in 2016, trying to take out the Winter Soldier.
Sadly, I do not own the MCU, although it would be really cool if i did, all rights go to Stan Lee. The only thing that I own is Nadiya and her story line as well as anything else I've added/changed.

"Nice to meet you, Natasha and Oliver," Clint nodded, "Now, can we get going?" And that's how it started. This story takes place within the MCU universe where the Y/N Romanoff is the superhero Scarlet Spider, and the son of Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and James Buchanan 'Bucky' Barnes/Winter Soldier. This story takes place two months after the events of Captain America Civil War and Y/N Romanoff and Natasha Romanoff along with the other rogue Avengers are still on the run from the US government for breaking the Sokavia Accords. Y/N and Natasha go to meet a contact and, along the way they get thrown into a mission to take down the Red Room with Natasha's Adopted family. This allows Y/N to meet his mother's family, he'll meet his grandparents and his aunt. The Black Widow movie has only just come out, so I'd recommend that you don't read this story if you haven't seen the movie yet. Unless you don't care about spoilers then read the story. The Red Room. Black Widows. Little Girls. Many girls have walked through come and gone through these walls. 1 in 20 survive. Maybe. They went from psycologically controling these girls, to full on mind controlling them. Training them to be assassians for one person to be in 'control' of the world. They take their childhoods from them, they take their emotions, and most importantly they take their free will. Natasha Romanoff got out. She became an Avenger. She became more then the assassian they made her. Never looking back. At least not after she thought she destroyed the Red Room. But she didn't really destroy it. And when she left, she left her two "sisters" behind. "Twins". When they were younger, they were all part of a "family". Undercover, as the two older agents with them were there to steal something. The mission lasted 3 years. Natasha knew it was fake. But the 6 year old Yelena Belova and Olesya Aleksandrovna, they didn't know. So they got thrown into the Red Room. Not a clue in the world as to what was going on. "Mother" probably dead from a gunshot wound. "Father" watching as they were taken away. "Older Sister" trying to save them, but failing in the end. So they spent the next 21 years, mind controlled. Forced to be assassians. No freewill. That is, until an older widow, cracks the serum. Finds a way to get the girls their minds back.
