Time. It's a word many just toss around in conversation, fearful of the future, the unexpected, and what awaits them beyond the foreseen. That was me. Many eternities ago, I was one of the arrogant beings that roamed the face of the Earth; this must have been centuries before that cold night.

The night I had my life taken by a man I thought I loved. The night I got trapped in an eternal Hell, tasking me to take the lives of usually undeserving victims, children who will never get the chance to dance upon beams of sun any longer, or others with loving families who would kill to see them one more time.

Always play by the rules, Lilith. But the rules are never fair for the player, yet I followed them obediently, for centuries. Until one broken being; one who claimed my heart. I must find it in me to do unto him as I would do any other victim.
