Memories are the splashes of colors to a canvas, but after an accident, Raelyn's was blank. There was no reminder of her pain, because there was nothing to remind her of why it hurt in the first place. With so much weighing her down - siblings to raise, bills to pay, college grades to maintain and a past to run from but with no shred of memory to rely on, she had barely enough time to even worry about that.

You would think life would get the memo and leave her alone, but no, she had to be stuck with a stalker she didn't remember, an ex-boyfriend who left her, a hostile new roommate and a famous actor who, for a reason she's still trying to decipher, was into her.

Would remembering even help or was it better she forgot? Maybe, fate knew what it was doing after all.

...We were so caught up in the shared moment of care free joy to notice the midnight grey Toyota pickup truck speeding directly towards us. Meters before impact dad finally caught on to what was about to happen, despite it being day the approaching vehicle's headlights blinded us as our cars breaks slammed on, the sound of the tires melting away as the rubber tires scraped against the pavement filled the air and the scent of burning rubber overwhelmed my nostrils, despite our efforts the brakes didn't slow us down, we were to late. There was nothing we could do as we collided head on..." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Attempt two at writing a book lmao, summaries without spoilers are not my strong point but here you go: After a tragic child hood accident Astra is left utterly alone, forcing her to make a massive move across the states to live in Tennessee with her grandmother. A few years pass and Astra finds it difficult to deal with the trauma she experienced as a young child, but surrounded by friends and throwing herself into education she starts to heal, until she meets Jason. In the beginning Jason was a kind, caring guy who seemed genuinely interested in getting to know Astra, but not everyone is who they seem to be. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TW LIST!!!! Starting With You

56 parts Complete Mature

Romance trope: best friends to lovers. "You're supposed to be my best friend, but all I can think about is kissing you again." TEDDY: I somehow got stuck in the unfortunate "one of the guys" category. It was on accident, naturally falling into this role since my childhood best friend was a boy. The crush on my best friend was also an accident. He's always seen me as one of the guys. That is, until the one drunken night he didn't. The one that nearly ruined everything a decade ago. JENSEN: It was much easier when I didn't notice how hot my best friend is. It would be even better if the rest of the jackoffs in our small town would stop noticing too. I can still remember all the details from our night together years ago. The night we never talk about, yet it's still so fresh in my mind. But will a secret scar from a past relationship ruin everything? [This is BOOK ONE of the WITH YOU series, a small town romance series set in Minnesota about the lives of the dysfunctional, blended Anderson family - with an interwoven mystery built into the background that spans the entirety of the series.] **Title formerly The Rest of Forever**
