Naruto Namizake has the advantage of all the taled beast's power in this story. How is this possible you may ask, well in this story about the time of the the attack of the kyuubi, instead of just having gathered the nine tails, Obito/Tobi had gathered all of the tailed beasts using his mangekyou sharingan. He did this because he wanted revenge on his homeland for letting his beloved Rob die. So Minato and kushina each did the reaper death seal 3 times each sealing the 9 biijus inside Naruto. Oh and this story has Satsuki(female version of Sasuke) + Naruto.
