Back in the 1800s there was a black princess. her name is Davina Williams. She is supposed to marry a rich man to become queen one day. But there's one issue. Davina finds no interest in men. In fact, she only finds interest in women. Davina finds love in the worst places. She falls in love with Alexandria. Alexandria is a white woman. Who was born male. Alexandria is transgender. throughout their story together they struggle with the reality of interracial couples, homophobes, transphobes and so much more.

but their love for one another is so much stronger than all of that. and together they overcome the challenges, and find faith in one another.
