My second story! Horray! A few things you should know. First of all, the cover art isn't mine. Second, this involves stuff that might not be right for younger readers such as:
-Death
-Smut (another word for sex writings)
-Drugs and Drinking
Plus, it's Avenue Q! Watch the musical and you'll understand! Third of all, don't judge me for the hate I have towards Ricky. Don't lie, your upset that Nicky and Rod didn't end up together, too (Ricky is not their ship name. Ricky is the loser that Rod ended up marrying). But I guess we kinda started liking each other. Then you got your queen b of the school. Her names Nicole Lynn. We used to be best friends but then I got cheer captain and she didn't. She bullies me and right when I snap everything falls down hill with me and Jayden. But we bring it back up. For the booksmart yet naïve 16-year-old Nicky, high school in her quaint little hometown island in the Philippines had always been predictable. Until that senior year. Nicky thought she got things all figured out. She'd be very good at school and be the valedictorian of the single-section class of 2010 of the highly looked-up science high school in their island. And then, she'd get a full scholarship to her dream university. All was fairly well except for a few things like grappling her feelings towards a long-time crush. Just when Nicky thought she could get through high school without too much boy-drama, a somewhat seemingly love life with a boy or two and suddenly, maybe even three was finally catching up with her during the last few months before high school graduation. She had never thought she could be wrong about a person. And that she could always be wrong about boys... ✨✨✨ Sidenote: I wrote this from November 2010 to April 2011, only a year ahead from the time set in the novel.
