Midoriya thinks Bakugou will be disgusted if he finds out he's a little. Putting off little space has unforeseen side affects on Izuku's mental health though, and Bakugou is going to do something about it.

At the age of four, Izuku Midoriya has been diagnosed with ASD, otherwise known as Autism Spectrum Disorder.
