That's the thing about life, it waits for no one. You can't just hold out hoping that life to give you a day off so you can catch up. You can't make up for lost time because everything anyone will ever experience in this delirious world will be brand new. The oblivion that comes out of that can be comforting, or a just another step into the dark and dangerous unknown. Happiness it temporary and joy is forever, but I would choose that any day over the ghastly alternative. Wouldn't you?
