She stared down at her brother, sobbing as she watched him.
"What..?" Her brother struggled to meow. Kestrelclaw wanted to speak, but she didn't as the feeling of anxiety drowned her mew. She watched as her brother's blood slowly seeped into the grass from his throat and mouth, turning it red. She let out a small whimper as the life faded from his eyes. Finally, she managed to relax herself just enough to speak.
"I'm sorry, brother, but this was StarClan's decision to take you into their ranks, not mine..."

Kestrelkit, a surprisingly lucky and rambunctious kit is taken in by a Clan. However, when she is apprenticed, her luck begins to turn for the worse as she causes or learns things she shouldn't have or never wanted to. Could she make it through the horrors StarClan has sent down upon her, or will she suffer and crumble?
