{Completed. This is a Miraculous Ladybug FanFic.} This is the first book in a series. (And this book is completed, but I will be editing it over a unspecified course of time) (Don't be scared by the small number of chapters, they average 35-50 pages long) Excerpt; "Alright." The boy took in a deep breath. "Plagg, claws out!" A brilliant green light filled the room before quickly shutting off, in Adrien's place was now Chat Noir. He nimbly jumped to the ladder and darted out the hatch leading to the balcony. But if he had looked back before bounding through the city of Paris, he would have seen the shell-shocked face of Marinette, who had woken up to see her crush transform into Chat Noir. Too bad he didn't. DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the characters, and unless I created a character as a furtherance to the plot line, the characters belong to, respectively, Zagtoon and Thomas Astruc. Behind the Mask (Book One)
Adrien Agreste may seem like he has everything together. Being a famous model, all the girls crushing on him, secretly living a double life as a famous superhero, saving everybody... And most of all, having the perfect smile. But a smile can hide so much pain. He is broken. Lost his mother. Abused by his father. Wearing a mask everyday. But unlike them, she saw behind the mask. Trigger warning: child abuse, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and depression. I tried not to make it extremely graphic, but some scenes may still be a bit graphic and it may still be triggering! This book also contains mild language. *I do not own the characters! All characters belong to Thomas Astruc! I also do not own the videos used in the story!* This is my first Adrienette/Miraculous Ladybug fanfic. Hope you enjoy! :)Complete
