The wolf stalked towards me slowly and a grow escaped it's throat. I slowly stepped back and looked past at where it was standing
There was a lifeless body, my eyes widened and flashed back at the beast. I put my hands up as they began to shake
" please.."
It growled louder as it kept stalking towards me until my back pressed against an tree. Slowly slidding down to the base and began to cry
"Please no.."
The wolf lunged at me I closed my eyes. There was a snarl then a loud thud I opened my eyes to see another wolf infront of me.
This wolf was different from the other one. It's fur was pure black it's seemed to glean under the light of the moon and its eyes were a beautiful shade of blue with a scar across its eye. He was beautiful.
All animals were beautiful to me but this wolf was beyond any normal animal. It stood in a fighting stance as the grey wolf rose to its feet and snarled.
More wolves jumped from behind the trees, standing near the black one growling and snarling. The wolf turned and ran, the others chased him. The black on turned and looked at me
"Thank you.." I knew he couldn't understand me but I said it anyway. He slowly walked up to me, his eyes flashed a lighter shade of blue with a bright spark.

I jumped to my feet and punched him in the side. There was hardly an effect. "You're weak" he spat, walking a step closer towards me. I growled as I had had it with this blood sucking devil! Forest eyes
I locked eyes with it. Its amber gaze pierced through me, like it could smell my fear. There was something ancient in that gaze, something that stirred an unsettling feeling deep in my gut, a sensation I couldn't quite shake. Its claws scraped against the earth, long and curved, leaving deep marks in the fresh dirt as it moved closer. I could hear its paws thud against the ground, massive and deliberate, each step sending another shock of terror through me. The silence that followed was unnerving, heavy in the air, but then a loud crack shattered the stillness. It came from the forest-close, too close. The beast whipped its head back to the forest, quickly turning his whole body around so I was behind him. The shock from him turning so fast made me stumble a few feet backwards. The ground beneath us seemed to shift as it suddenly lunged forward, its muscles rippling with terrifying power. With one mighty leap, it vaulted over the rotting wooden fence, clearing the barrier effortlessly. The impact of its landing shook the earth beneath my feet. I staggered again, trying to keep my balance as I watched the creature, now free, pause on the other side of the fence. It cocked its head backwards meeting my gaze one final time. Then, without another notice, it darted into the forest, disappearing into the darkness like a shadow swallowed by night. I stood there, my body still trembling, staring at the empty space where the creature had been. The night had swallowed it whole. And though the sounds of the forest returned, soft and distant, the terror of that moment lingered. Was it still out there? Watching? Waiting? My eyes darted back and forth in the forest, trying to see it still hung around. I didn't know, but I couldn't shake the feeling that this encounter, this creature, was only the beginning.
