Tomura Shigaraki or should I say Tenko Shimura. He may be a villain but does that really mean he doesn't have a heart? 'Cause he definitely did at one point so why wouldn't it still be there? That'll be something he figures out along the way, especially with the help of y/n. They treat him like an actual person, not like a villain which makes him... Happy? He honestly can't tell.
