Cecelia Phantom, a teenaged orphan close to the new, young queen, Elizabeth. Often called Ceil. And dresses in pants as she needs to often be found doing slight (CIA like) work.
Her parents, close to the old king and queen, died a questionable death. Cecelia was left a hefty fortune and a fast growing business.
Being smart enough to only keep one person close, was either the smartest or the dumbest move she could've made.
But now, she has to face the music of the queen's questionable intention on useless jobs and other things. She thinks the queen is hiding something.
Cecelia has known all her life that playing with the queen is just playing a pawn in a game of chess.
