The Suicide of The Lonely Dreamer was supposed to deliver sweet oblivion, a welcome respite from an empty life. Instead, they awaken in an impossible world, one meticulously crafted over decades of restless, friendless nights, a world that in their life, sometimes felt more real than the colourless world in which they existed. The Lonely Dreamer has been reborn into their own Story Left Untold. This could be heaven, except The Lonely Dreamer has taken the role of The Witchling Child, a pawn of the world's Accursed WitchQueen, trapped between Life and Death and intent on using her creation to destroy the world in its current form. Fortunately, The Dreamer knows the plot and is ready to steer things in the right direction.... until their nature makes them resist the path created for a wholly different personality!! Complicating things further is The WitchQueen herself, who senses that her plans have gone awry and exerts her influence on her puppet to wrest back control. ...and then there is the cast of characters intended to Support The Witchling Child on her journey; the romantic lead, who The Dreamer finds completely insufferable, the pathologically passive damsel in distress, who The Dreamer can't help but antigonize into initiative, and the Doomed Companion who They decide, story be damned, MUST be saved at all costs! And what of the story's TRUE villain...?
