Oliver Greyson was normal. Or at least that's what everyone thought. Inside he was depressed and suicidal, even had a sprinkle of anxiety. His wardrobe contained long sleeves and pants, even in the summer time. He didn't have much of a choice though, he didn't want people to see. He didn't want people to see the scars that wrapped around his wrists and arms. He wanted to be like everyone else; normal. But when you're this messed up already, normal is everything you can't be.

Jami Reyes was who everyone wanted to be. Perfect grades, flawless skin, and an athletic ability that anyone would die for. However, she believed that she didn't deserve any of this. She didn't think she deserved to be special. What had she ever done to deserve this? Her emotions were scattered and she was slowly losing hold of her life. Her home life was spiraling down as well. But no matter how hard things got, she always faced the people in her life with a smile. She needed someone to be there for her. After all, she was always there for everybody else.

Neither Oliver nor Jami ever thought that they would find someone who fully understood them. This was until a small flash game brought the two of them together. Even though the road ahead of them was bumpy, very bumpy, they believed that they could work everything out. But, as everyone always says, be careful for what you wish for.
