The Shattered Weave is a fast-paced fantasy with slow-burn romance, set in an urban setting where vampires, werewolves, and witches covertly battle for dominance, until a human unlocks secrets to the past and becomes the most sought-after creature in the supernatural world.
Aidan Summers thought he had the best job any young scientist would die for: working at a state-of-the-art laboratory and doing what he loved, while getting paid handsomely too. It seems too good to be true, and he soon realises he's right, especially when Aidan learns of the restricted area he is not allowed access to.
Things take a sudden turn in Aidan's life when the secret behind those locked doors is somehow connected to the unsolved case of his missing brother Gavin and even bigger secrets about his family that he had no clue about. Thrown in for good measure is the mysterious appearance of a beautiful woman with supernatural powers who claims to know him when he has never met her before. Can Aidan's life get any weirder? The answer is yes, and it's about to get a lot more dangerous, too.
Mature rating for some gore and violence.

Placing one large hand on my shoulder, he wrapped my long brown hair around his other. Gently, he tugged on my dark mane, pulling my head to the side and exposing the tender column of my neck. Bringing his nose down to the crook there, he inhaled deeply, a rumbling "mmmm" escaping his lips. My mouth went dry. "Are-" I swallowed. "Are you going to mark me?" I manage in a stuttered whisper.
