A Journey Back : The Marauders Era

"Are you crazy? I am not going to run straight into a solid wall with you!"

"Oh! Come on. I will hold your hand and then we will run into the barrier but not hard enough to crack our heads. Alright? This is the closest I will ever be able to get to the Wizarding World!"

Evelyn Wilson had been a Potterhead for as long as she can recall but her best friend Olivia Wright had never quite fancied magic and in Evelyn's words she is just a typical muggle, but when Evelyn forces Olivia to run into the barrier between Platforms 9 and 10 with her, in hopes of recreating a scene from the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets they miraculously pass through the barrier landing themselves in Platform 9 3/4. The Hogwarts Express awaits them as they gasp in shock and they soon realize that it is no longer the 21st Century. They seem to have fallen through time.

Evelyn decides to go with the flow and so she and Olivia board the Hogwarts Express. It is there that they meet Mooney, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs or in Evelyn's words, 'the infamous Marauders'! Even though it all seems to be some weird magical dream they soon realize that everything is as real as it can ever be.

However, Evelyn apprehends that J.K Rowling must have missed some major details as events that she never really imagined are happening at Hogwarts. Giant Serpents, mermaids, dragons with flying mazes was'nt exactly Evelyn's idea of the Marauders Era but that is the reality she and Olivia find themselves in and they couldn't help but admit, it is ridiculously amazing.

But as He who must not be named rises into power and the First Wizarding War sets in with life-threatening prophecies, Evelyn and Olivia come to the unsettling realization that they are the only ones who can change the future and save the lives of their loved ones even though all they are, are muggles!

So who will win the battle in the end?
