Lavender Point

Each year in the small town of Lavender Point, one person of the upper and middle class of a specific generation is selected to sacrifice his or herself; the wealth is redistributed back to the lower class. Peace exists, but while in search of her lost love, Amber Fynch discovers a portal to another realm where the sacrificed spirits live. The spirits live in a realm free of corruption and war, but when the spirits discover that they can distort reality, revenge and heartbreak fuel their vendetta against the living. As the spirits switch places with the living it becomes clear that nobody is safe. Only Amber can correct the thin line between life and death.
