Well some people, call them lucky if you want to, become Angels instead of just souls. One such boy changes the world, or at least the afterworld for good.
Kendra is an angel. If you die before you got to really live, as was Kendra's case, you become an angel. Well she got stuck with one of the worst jobs but met someone who would change what she thought would be the rest of her life, get good.
