Can an angel fall in love? After death you think it's all over, or that you'll just be a soul stuck behind pearly white gates or for the worst of us, burning in hell. Well some people, call them lucky if you want to, become Angels instead of just souls. One such boy changes the world, or at least the afterworld for good. 
Kendra is an angel. If you die before you got to really live, as was Kendra's case, you become an angel. Well she got stuck with one of the worst jobs but met someone who would change what she thought would be the rest of her life, get good.

In her death she found peace and went to heaven where she trained and became a Guardian Angel. But not just any Guardian Angel that watched over the world as they slept. He asked, his voice sensual and erotic as he spoke my name. "No-I was found with that name." I answered struggling to keep my voice even as he slowly approached, like a predator would his prey. "Well, Love, I'll tell you. Amirykal means 'gift', or, more exactly, 'a gift from God'." He purred as he got closer and closer, so there was barely a foot between us. "And why is that funny?" I had a very hard time focusing on the conversation at hand with him at this proximity, using that lovely tone. "Because, Amirykal, I am Lucifer. He would give her a part of his powers, and she will get him his wolf, and be his faithful servant. What would happen when Cara realizes that the devil was her destined mate? Will she accept him or reject him? Even if she accepted him, Will he change for her? And if she rejected him, Will she get a second chance mate? Will the devil change for her? Of course not.
