I have been playing with the idea of writing in first person. I have never written in first person before, therefore this will be my first attempt and I am hoping to see if this style will get more viewers and to have a connection with Fallon. To know what it means to rise above one's self. To strive in the face of hardship to put others first. This is the transforming journey of a girl who sets out to save her brothers from certain doom. Vision, sound, truth and falsehood. The obstacles that stand in her way will cloud her trials in a mirage. Little did she know that a beacon of light in the shape of a man would come to help her along her way. This is a fanfic, set many years after Acosf. Nyx x Oc Some characters and the story setting belong to Sarah J. Maas My characters belong to me

THIS IS A ACOTAR FAN-FICTION SPOILERS MAY BE PRESENT RIGHTS TO SARAH J MAAS - THIS IS SIMPLY A FANFICTION OF HER WONDERFUL STORIES! Julia had lost everything when Hybern attacked Velaris. Her family was now gone, leaving her the sole survivor. She had never expected to be saved that day of the attack, especially not by the Shadowsinger. She had not even been able to thank him before watching him fly off to rejoin the battle... Though guilt and grief consume Julia, she tries to find ways to continue living in Velaris without her memories consuming her. When she almost slips into the Sidra, a familiar face is there to catch her, just as he had saved her before. Confused and conflicted, Julia finds comfort in Azriel and it appears as though he finds comfort in her as well. Will the unlikely pair form an alliance to aid each other? Or will grief ruin any chance of happiness between the shadow and the light?
