We follow three strangers, each searching for answers and identity, brought together by chance as they embark on a journey of mystery and mischief. Welcome to the Bad Omen Crew!
Author's note: This is a retelling and continuation of the adventures I once led a group of my friends through, set in a custom space fantasy setting.
I apologize if some character's are a bit random, but anyone who ever played tabletop rpgs can probably relate.

When she's offered an out from her prison sentence, she embarks on a dangerous interstellar expedition along with 18 of Earth's most intelligent criminals. Their task is to set up a base on a supposedly habitable planet and prepare it for colonization. Although the planet has liquid water and a breathable atmosphere, it is believed to host only microbial life. However, upon arriving, Shawn and the rest of the colonists learn that assumption was grossly incorrect. In a brutal attack from rampaging wildlife, everyone but Shawn and four other colonists are killed. The five survivors retreat to the cavernous network beneath the ground seeking safety, but they soon come to a terrible discovery. These caves aren't ordinary caves, and they are no safer down under than they were on the surface. The Demons of Oibahn
Four strangers find themselves trapped in a cage without any knowledge of the past three years. To figure out what happened, they'll have to somehow get along, then investigate every lead together. None of them are prepared for the wars they'll fight through, or even the truth. This is the first book I ever ever wrote, so it's a little rough. Consider it non-canon. This takes place well after the Silent Veil, at the end of ACT 1 for the overarching plot. This contains spoilers basically, but most of those plot points have changed anyways since this book was written. There are also themes I don't exactly align with anymore. I plan to completely re-write this story in the future. For now, I hope you'll enjoy what I did about this thing: fun characters going through a fun romp in space. What to expect: Fun, action, disco! George 'Slick' a disco legend that can glue anyone together. Kielbir a merciless pirate, but he doesn't remember that bit. Donid a sniper poet with daddy and mommy issues.
