When you meet with Yae Miko, the Guuji of the Grand Narukami Shrine, you finally know what's going on in Inazuma even with the Electro Archon.
Since that, you want to know more about her, but Paimon seems very nervous and worry about you meeting her so she kinda not agree if you want to meet her face to face.
