Shinichi doesn't like murder.. never has. It's like they have a knack for appearing right in front of him. One morning, he just finished wrapping his to-go coffee and a small portion of lemon pie in the other hand. He was minding his own business, like he does every morning. Hoping he wont run into trouble, but apparently it runs head first, right, into him. 

He ended up having a personal vendetta against thieves ever since.

No matter how many times he convinced himself, he was afraid. Afraid of losing, afraid of his father. But he is done sitting back and doing nothing. He isn't about to give up this time. He isn't going to lose anyone else. He's going to defeat his father once and for all. He is going to get Kai back.
