I remember my mother warning me from staying over at anyone's place. I was a stubborn girl then and never bothered to know the reason behind her warnings.
With death standing right in front of me, holding a knife in his hand, I realise the reason she used to warn me; not everyone can be trusted. Not even your best friend or her boyfriend, who you first met a few days ago.
It is too late now.
I cannot escape, scream or shout. I can only survive. I can only fight.
