He's turned into a darker version of himself, and his rebellious ways take a toll on not only his acedemic performance, but begin to affect every other aspect of his life - including his and Liz's friendship. And although he seemingly cares about nothing, he still has a soft spot for his childhood friend.
With everything changing in their lives, can they go back to their pasts or will their conflicting futures get in their way?

While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either.
