A huge fight made Zayden abandoned the two and went on his own. Malakai and Tobias travel the world making friends and enemies on the way. They move to Sunnydale where supernatural activities are happening and they're find new and old friends. Malakai finds her mate 'which she never thought would happen' in a small feisty blonde slayer girl.
