My mental health journey and memoir. The incredible Grace of God, and my haunting tales of being insane. This memoir is about faith and the incredibly bizarre journey God has taken me on these last 18 years. I've spent years in psychiatric care and have been in and out of psych wards more times than I can count. The memoir is raw, and it can be disturbing. If anything triggers you please stop reading for this story is my truth. I find comfort in Jesus Christ. This is the story He has written for me so far. My perspective is that He alone can save, and when you lose your mind it is extremely comforting to know you are not alone. This is my faith journey, and I am looking forward to what comes next.Kumpleto

Hello, I don't write to inform you or to show you my life story. I write to show that you can move on from the past and let go. The only way you can move on it is to forgive yourself and the people who have hurt your soul. I write for the damaged, to let them know I see them suffering in silence. This book is about overcoming the hells of life and letting yourself enjoy the good things that you have. I wrote this when I was going through a really hard time in my own life. This book was my safe place. It's a place for me to express my feelings and to be 100% open with myself. Trauma Ruined My LIfe (The Real-Life Journal Of An Abuser)
It was October 2023, and my now-ex-fiance had moved out of our trailer for good. I decided to end our relationship and thought I had emotionally moved on from them. I was wrong-dead wrong. What followed them moving out was something I could not have ever thought to experience. I began to experience extreme mood swings, controlling behavior, self-esteem issues, and a new-found addiction to alcohol. This was just the tip of the iceberg, as I was constantly flirting with suicide on a daily basis. I could not begin to even tell you about how I went through an emo phase, a "man hoe" phase, and multiple other phases as well due to my deteriorating mental health. I began to document my everyday life after our split through two separate journals over a twelve-month span. This is the true tale of how a breakup brought me to the realization that I was an abuser and that I became the same monster that I swore not to become as a kid. This is how trauma ruined my life, and how it will ruin yours too.Kumpleto

2019 brings a new year and new life to my writing. As such, I will share all of my poetry, short stories, and snippets of writing within this scrapbook that is written during the course of 2019.
