A once free and happy minecraft player, who had finally overcome his disaster of a past, finds himself trapped in a place he'd never imagined he'd see again. Was he finally free from being consumed by their power? Or is this just some kind of sick prank that's being pulled on him? Well... You'll have to find out. This is the origin of how Hermitcraft came to be. Just remember-- Every end of a story is a new beginning for another. - Some information before you start the story: - This story takes place before Hermitcraft officially started, so maybe 7-8 years ago or so. - Despite this, though, the world is set in 1.13/1.14. - If you die, it's permanent. There are no respawn mechanisms. - The backstories for each character are based around events that happened in Season 6, which might not be relevant in seasons to come. - The total word count for this story is 49,001. It was originally published on October 16, 2019. - I try to mention each Hermit at least once, but I might have missed some. DISCLAIMER: This book does hint at a bit of shipping.
