Being overly cautious on how to proceed, Stiles is now being watched over way more than he is comfortable with, and Malia needs a cure from you know who: Dren. Caught in this predicament of being threatened and having no other sources , they have not even seen Dren, but will they negotiate or try another way of getting aid. 
Hopefully, they can get leads before it is too late for their fellow pack members... And the sooner the better.
