New rivalries will be formed on the asphalt, as well as new friendships, in this high octane love letter to Initial D, Redline, and that one racing movie Tom and Jerry did that I watched at two in the morning while I baked fifty Otis Spunkmeyer cookies from a school fundraiser and never found again.
