Curiosity killed the cat, they say. When Rachel, a curious and kind witch, arrives in St. James after her family went through a traumatic experience, she is looking forward to a new start with new friends, sunshine, and happiness. Never could she have guessed what was waiting for her in the town.
Her unstoppable curiosity soon leads her right to the center of the town, the local witch coven, led by talented but manipulative Gina, and her twin brother with a temper, Rory.
Before Rachel knows what is happening she is involved with people with questionable morals, a heart-warming crush, powers she cannot control and a complicated love story she never asked for. All the while a killer is on the loose, trying to rid the town of every inkling of witchcraft there is. It seems, curiosity DID kill the cat.
